Broadway School of Real Estate
Courses of instruction are designed for the person who
desires to enter into the real estate business, to prepare
oneself to take the Araknsas state real estate
examination to qualify for licensure and for real estate
agents and brokers for continuing education instruction.
We offer the Basic Real Estate Salesperson Pre-
licensing Course, 18 Hour first year salesperson post
licensing, 30 Hour Broker post-licensing and Continuing
Education Courses. Pre-licensing course is offered in
classroom or online, Continuing Education courses are
offered online, in classroom or through correspondence.
Classroom courses are required for Post-licensing
education.
The AREC is not requiring a one hour requirement for
2013, however the school will continue to provide the 1
hour requirement for late agents until March 31, 2013. All
C.E. correspondence students (booklets), for 2013 must have course work
completed and sent to the school no later than June 30, 2013. All work submitted
later than that will not be certified. ARELLO has discontinued certification of all
correspondence (booklets), however credit will be given until the cut off date of
June 30, 2013. Do not delay, get your course ordered now. After June 30, 2013 all
C.E. courses must be taken either on-line @ www.keahey.com or by classroom
attendance. Broadway School of Real Estate offers eight (8) certified C.E.
courses and the 60 hour Arkansas Real Estate Basic Course online. You may
