Broadway School of Real Estate offers the "Basic Principles of Real Estate" course by classroom or online. Online courses can be done at home, at work, at your leisure, in your spare time, and if you need help, it is only an e-mail or a phone call away. The Classroom course includes the textbook Arkansas Real Estate Basics. This reference covers real estate law for the state of Arkansas. You also receive a copy of the Arkansas Real Estate License Law, Time- Share Law Regulations, and "Candidate Guide of Application" which you will need to apply to the ARKANSAS REAL ESTATE COMMISSION.
