Distance Learning Education Courses

We currently offer two types of correspondence courses. The first of these is designed to meet the basic licensure requirements for the Real Estate Salesperson for the state of Arkansas. The second is to meet the Continuing Education requirement for six hours of annual training for licensed real estate salespersons.

  Basic Real Estate Salesperson (course PL335)

Basic Real Estate Salesperson Course:

Continuing Education: 

INTRODUCING FOR 2008 CORRESPONDENCE COURSES: these courses use THE ASSOCIATION OF REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW OFFICIALS (ARELLO) CERTIFIED PRODUCTS, that emphasize sound instructional design, effective interactively, appropriate content delivery, and adequate levels of support. They are approved by the Arkansas Real Estate Commission for meeting the annual 6hr CE requirement. Each course includes a course booklet plus Arkansas' required topic - Agency Representation & Disclosure, with study materials and exam questions. >>>> Course Description

Simply issue a check with your license number or your S.S. number to BSRE and mail to:

Hot Springs, AR 71913.

The school will send the material to you, or you may pick it up.
Return your answers to the user friendly questions at the end of each chapter to the school.  The school will then send your necessary Certificate.

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
Cost for Basic Real Estate Salesperson Correspondence Course

In Class Course cost $395.00 plus $5.00 S&H 

Real Estate Exam Guide - Optional $30.00 

We will mail the course materials to you or you can pick them up at the school. 

Note: Due to the nature of the course the cost is non-refundable once the guide has been opened.

Cost for Continuing Education Correspondence Course

Correspondence course Cost of each of these 6 credit hour courses is $60.00 plus $5.00 S&H 

 

 
Refund Policy
Refund policy as required by Act 1213 of the Arkansas State Board of Education: Enrollment expenses and fees of $100.00
Students who drop out due to illness, transfer, etc will be refunded the remainder of tuition on a pro-rata basis determined by the number of classes attended.

Classroom facilities are air conditioned and include blackboards, flip charts and video cassette program projection. Maximum classroom seating for 30 students.
