Broadway School of Real Estate

For those who prefer a classroom setting we offer the 6 hour CE in class. The requirements for the Broker's Course as well as the Arkansas' First Year Salesperson' Course must be done in a classroom environment.

Below is a schedule for the 2008 in classroom courses. These classes meet the requirements for continuing education, and when combined appropriately meet the requirements for Broker's and First Year Salesperson's Courses (check with BSRE for the details).

Practical Application of Agency: What should be explained to a Buyer and/or Seller that uses the services of a Real Estate Agent. 
Real Estate Contracts / Agreements Between Parties: Focusing on reducing the agreements between Buyers and Sellers to writing. 
From Contract to Closing: The step-by-step process of following up with your transaction file.

Correspondence Courses Now Available
Our 6 hour CE courses are Nationally Certified by the Association of Real Estate License Law Officials (ARELLO). This is the highest standard of real estate education in America today. For more information on the correspondence courses click here.
 
Refund Policy
Refund policy as required by Act 1213 of the Arkansas State Board of Education: Enrollment expenses and fees of $100.00
Students who drop out due to illness, transfer, etc will be refunded the remainder of tuition on a pro-rata basis determined by the number of classes attended.

Classroom facilities are air conditioned and include blackboards, flip charts and video cassette program projection. Maximum classroom seating for 30 students.
