Broadway School of Real Estate Courses of instruction are designed for the person who desires to enter into the real estate business, to prepare oneself to take the Araknsas state real estate examination to qualify for licensure and for real estate agents and brokers for continuing education instruction. We offer the Basic Real Estate Salesperson Pre- licensing Course, 18 Hour first year salesperson post licensing, 30 Hour Broker post-licensing and Continuing Education Courses. Pre-licensing course is offered in classroom or online, Continuing Education courses are offered online, in classroom or through correspondence. Classroom courses are required for Post-licensing education. Broadway School of Real Estate is pleased to announce that we are offering the Required One-Hour CE Topic for 2012. You may have the Topic included with your 6-hour CE course or take the course separately. Find out more.
