Keahey Real Estate and Broadway School of Real Estate Hot Springs, Arkansas

Courses of instruction are designed for the person who desires to enter into the real estate business, to prepare oneself to take the state real estate examination to qualify for licensure and for real estate agents and brokers for continuing education instruction.

For those who prefer a classroom setting we offer the 6 hour classes on weekends. The requirements for the Broker's Course as well as the Arkansas' First Year Salesperson's Course must be done in a classroom environment.

Basic Real Estate Salesperson Course (60hr)
Post-Licensing Salesperson Course (18hr)
Broker's Courses (30hr)
Continuing Education (6hrs each)
